Terms & Conditions (T&C)
Scope
These terms apply to all psychological consultation and coaching services provided by
Ellen Doris Dapperger, ELLEN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE, Dachauer Straße 4, 80335 Munich, Germany,
provided the service is booked or used by private individuals.
Nature of Service
The provider holds a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Psychology and offers psychological counseling and mental health coaching based on this qualification. She does not practice as a licensed psychotherapist, and the services offered do not constitute psychotherapy or any medical treatment under German law. No diagnoses are made, and no psychotherapeutic or medical treatment is provided. The client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their physical and mental health as well as for their actions before, during and after the counseling/coaching. No guarantee of success is given. The provider’s liability is excluded except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
Session Duration
Individual consultations usually last 50 minutes, couples' sessions max. 75 minutes, unless agreed otherwise.
Contract Formation and Booking
A contract is concluded through binding confirmation of an appointment (verbally or in writing). By booking an appointment, the client confirms their agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
Fees and Payment
The fee is communicated in advance and must be paid no later than the day of the session via bank transfer: IBAN: DE94120300001035431731, BIC: BYLADEM1001
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 72 hours (3 business days) before the appointment.
Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. The time of cancellation is decisive, not the reason for the cancellation. Example: A Monday 1 p.m. session must be cancelled by Thursday 1 p.m.
Corporate Agreements & EAP Clients
If the service is provided as part of a company agreement or an Employee Assistance Program, only the terms of that corporate agreement apply. These T&C do not apply in such cases.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
German law applies.
Right of Withdrawal
If the contract is concluded exclusively via distance communication (e.g., telephone, email), consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 BGB. The client expressly agrees that the service may commence before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
